“I have never had a lightbulb moment, I have never gone oh my gosh everything looks different. And I don’t want to have to take mushrooms to get there.” -Lisa Orkin #honestlylisa
Do you meditate everyday?
Meditation can come in many forms, it can be as simple as grabbing a cup of coffee, sitting on your deck, and checking in with yourself.
If you could go to dinner with anybody in the whole world who would that be?
How do you see yourself leaving this realm?
I’m putting it in my head that I am going to live until 105, that’s the goal.
